Brett and I wanted to share our most recent construction experience. It was great!! When is the last time you heard that. We had some barn renovations; pipe fencing; trailer awning; concrete work and a new shop built. The construction company and the electrical company we used were just awesome! So we wanted to pass the word along since it is so rare to have such a good experience and get such good work.
S&P Welding & Construction did all the buildings, fencing and renovation. The 3 man crew were some of the hardest working, most professional young men we have had the pleasure to encounter. All this work was completed in less than 3 weeks.

My name is Rick Eddy of Rockwall Texas and I have
been in the horse business for over 40 years and
have built several barns in 4 different states. I
had the recent opportunity to build another barn
which was designed from the many great ideas
I collected from my barns the past, however Chan
came up with many more creative and functional ideas
on his own which made my barn even more unique. I
got several bids and and am glad to say that I
chose the right contractor. Chan and Tom and all of
his team did a GREAT JOB. They took a lot of pride
in their work and built it as if it were their own
house. They paid attention to every detail.
It is not often you can be as happy with the builder
after the job is complete as you were in the start.
I was impressed on both ends. Even with minor
repairs as you would expect, they came and fixed
them immediately. Their craftsmanship was incredible
from the frame to the finish. I will use them again
for any building project I have in the future. In
addition, they left my place as clean as it was when
